By accessing or using Build Resume ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Build Resume is a free, browser-based resume building tool. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform in any way.
All content, design, and code comprising Build Resume — including the user interface, AI suggestions, and branding — is the intellectual property of Temburu Akhil. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission. Your resume content remains entirely your own property.
Build Resume is designed as a client-side application. Your resume data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to or saved on our servers. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal resume information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.
Build Resume uses third-party AI services (including Groq) to provide content suggestions. AI-generated suggestions are provided "as-is" for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before including it in your resume. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated text for any specific job application.
The Service may display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. These advertisements are governed by Google's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. The Service also integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth for optional authentication; use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding job placement, resume acceptance, or ATS scores achieved by any particular employer's system.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Temburu Akhil and Build Resume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
